Visitors enjoy strolling in a field of Iceland poppies at Showa Kinen Park, which straddles Tachikawa and Akishima in Tokyo. About 300,000 Iceland poppies in yellow, orange and white will be in bloom in the 5,800-square-meter field during the Golden Week holidays. Admission on Children's Day on May 5 will be free for junior high school students and younger. (Mainichi)
