Monday, November 17, 2008 Posted at 5:03 PM Soo much to say, I'm scared to start. But oh well, here goes! 14th November After Ludwig's Grammer paper, aka the first paper that I managed to complete, Shida, Radha, Kin and I went to Lucky Plaza to have sedap nasi ayam penyet. And this was one meal that was planned waaayy beforehand. Haha. So after the paper, we headed to town in Shida's bus. XD We were at Taka's basement when suddenly Rad wanted to go to a bookstore and she wanted me to go with her. So we went to Kinokuniya. Browsed round and stopped myself frm buying meaningless and rather useless japanese mags. I did good, actually. Heh. Meanwhile, Kin and Shida were going round don't-know-where looking for Parker pens. And in this meantime, Rad and I went to Lucky Plaza cos we were hungry and cldn't wait that much longer. Started to call the girls and also check if Nisa who was on the way frm home was anywhere near town or not. After a little bit of fuss, found out that they were all seated in the ayam penyet place already. So we went in and joined them. Had a good lunch. Then... some of us realised we needed more water. So Kin decided to go to the counter and get the slip and pay for the new order of drinks and stuff like that. But instead, she came back with one of the waitresses and they were almost cowering over this red and white square box that looked suspiciously like a cake box. I was of course, pleasantly surprised! Haha. Thank you babes! So they started to sing a birthday song and then I made a wish and blew the candle. And then we ate the cake. It was a really sedap Brownie Cheesecake frm SwissBake. It's good. ^^ And then came the really cute, hilarious and oh-so-true birthday card. LOL. Good one girls. Well after spending close to 3 hours in that place, we decided to make a move to Tang's and then Taka. Where we walked and walked and walked. After that, Shida drove back home with Radha. Me, Kin and Nisa wanted to get on 518 to get straight home, but we saw 36, and Nisa thought of Parkway Parade. So yeah, even though me and Kin were so, so tired and almost dead, we still went to Parkway. Haha. Walked some more there. Shopped a leetle bit and then I surrendered and we cabbed home. I don't think I have felt that exhausted before in recent times. But it was a really good day. Really nice. :) 15th November Sam's birthday. HAPPY 17th BIRTHDAY SISTER! She went out in the morning, supposedly for work. But the story changed halfway, didn't it? Hahaha. I knew that I was going to be kidnapped later in the afternoon. And since I had slept at ard 9 the night before, I was up quite early. And then I started to get bored. So I watched Knocked Up on dvd. It was okay. There were funny parts. After movie ended, watched KBS' Music Bank. Where Wonder Girls performed and yet again snagged the number one spot. So funnn.. And F.T Island performed too!!!! :D And then music Bank ended too. So I started to watch old recordings of stuff in the dvd recorder. This was all whilst I was awaiting the call from "Somebody". Haha. "Somebody" turned out to be Yano and Faizah. Yay! They came to my doorstep to receive me. Lol. With a box of chocolates for me and my sister, no less. Then we headed down. Where I found that everyone else was there too!!! Really nice. So the first stop was Vivocity. And I got to Build-A-Bear!! But I chose a bunny instead. Well, not really actually. I couldn't decide between 2 bunnies and I got my darlings to vote for one. Haha. And then I chose a moo-ing sound for my bunny. XD My bunny moos. After that, I had to stuff the bunny with stuffings. haha. Picked a heart for it; and then I had to take a small pledge, put the heart in my hands, shake it a little, close my eyes and make a wish. It was only after all these that I could put the heart into the bunny. Then the bear builder helped me stitch the bunny up. And bunny was whole. :) Doesn't end there though. I then had to brush the bunny. HAHAHA. It would be so damn cute if it was an adorable little kid doing it, but I was turning 22, so... yeah. Then I had to pick an outift for the bunny! Was difficult. We tried many things on bunny and finally settled for a police uniform for it. So cute la! And he has cool aviator shades too, ok? After that, I still had yet another decision to make. Naming bunny. I really had no idea. And the bear builder very kindly handed me a name book. Lol. After looking thru many many names... i decided on Sassafrass. :) My bunny is called Sassafrass. My inner child was obviously let out in this process. One last thing I have yet to decide on is whether Sassafrass is a girl or a boy. Hmm. I really am quite inclined to let it be a girl tho. haha. We'll see. I'll update. haha. Then we all had the best fried fish soup in the whole wide world. ^^ Then we went off to Labrador Park. And as we were waiting for the other car to arrive, we played a hilarious Malay Names game. hahaha. fun. And that was just a prelude to the game that we played later when everyone was there. We played Taboo!! That was really fun too! Then, the girls really made a deal of Sharf's car having a curfew which was at 10 that night. So at ard 9plus, we left the park. And headed home. But ended up at Mac's drive-thru where Sharf was acting like the hugest minah. Power la. Hahahha. Good job, babe. Got ice-cream and burgers. And then Yano decided that we sld take a walk right by the National Sailing Centre. And everyone seemed to have forgotten that the car had a supposed curfew. Lol. So we walked in the dark to this one empty clearing which had ppl fishing. There were some nice lights on the ground and it was only when we got nearer that I realised the neon lights were light sticks that spelt my name! I mean, how sweet is that rite?? :) I thought that this only happened in local dramas. Lol. But it happens to me too!!! And there were pretty sparklers too! Argh. It was just real pretty... Many, many thanks to Laura, Ashiq, Senthil & Fauzan for that. :) Then after taking pics of it and me, haha, they called me over to sit on the mat. Cos Ashiq wanted to show us his 360 wallpaper which was actually really quite cool. Then a video played. And I was watching the best Nobody dance ever la. Apparently, Yano, Ana, Sharf and Laura learned the dance on youtube and they danced it for me!!! HAHAHA. It was sooo cool la cann. My goodness. I was shrieking. Haha. It was really cool. No kidding. You girls are the bomb la. :D And in the vid, they performed a song for me too! Yano & Ashiq on the organ, Sharf, Laura, Ana as vocals and Fauzan on the guitar. So cool. But even more cool was that it was so damn sweet la. I was so so touched. And left kinda speechless too. Cos of the song and also cos of the fact that they did sth like tt for me. Wow. Then the vid ended and they started singing many songs for me; Fauzan on guitar. Live! Haha. It was really nice. Really, really nice. Again, it was just really, really sweet too. Argh. I'm annoying myself with my incapability to come up with new and different vocabulary. And then the plan was that we stargaze! Just what I had been wanting to do. Thank you Yano & Ashiq. :) But stars were kinda missing and they only appeared for a bit. But the moon was very gorgeous that night. More than made up for the absence of the stars. Oh, oh! How could I forget! The girls then taught me and Faizah the Nobody dance!! HAHAHA. I get so happy thinking abt this. So funnn!!! 16th November As me and Faizah were learning the dance, Fauzan and Ashiq came from the other end, with yes, a cake. Right at midnight and right as I turned 22. I saw the cake and they told me to guess what the cake was. I couldn't see the box but from the looks of the cake, it had to be from Secret Recipe. ^^ And then I knew what cake it was. Chocolate Banana!! Yeay! But there were quite a few of us who can't stand bananas. So, I'm sorry!! Made a wish, and blew the candle. Cake was good. Moongazing/Emo-ing continued. And then Laura suggested that we do the dance as a surprise for the guys cos me and Faizah only just learnt it while they were gone.. Now I'm sorry Ashiq, Fauzan and Senthil. For you guys were subjected to watching me dance, if you did. Lol. But I had a lot of fun, so heck la. I'm sorry, still, though. Haha. Then we packed and went back home. :) Reached home at ard 2plus. And then my mum called Bapis to go back home cos they really needed to cut the cake. Yes, they felt that they needed to cut the cake then. I think it was mainly cos the cake's shared with my sister, so they didn't want to delay it by even a minute. Oh well, so I had yet another piece of cake. Blackforest ice cream cake from Swensen's. Sedap also. Then me and my sister were presented with our birthday gifts! From parents and Bapis. Syahmin got a DKNY perfume set cos it was green. haha. And I got the Lancome Miracle perfume set. Comes with body lotion, body wash and a nice pouch too. Sooo happy!!! I'm not gonna be stinky anymore. Whee~ And Sopy had a "pre-present" for us. Tickets to go up the Flyer! Cool ahh. He's apparently been really busy with work these few days. Poor thing. If you noticed, I had a lot of opportunities to make a lot of wishes this year. But I didn't make a lot of wishes. I was just wishing for the same things over and over again. Hopefully, hopefully, they'll come true. :) Okay, I think I sld be done. This sums up my birthday celebrations this year. To everyone who was inlvolved, I extend my deepest gratitude and thanks. I love all of you. :) * * * Some random things friends have been saying lately..Got me thinking for sure... Don't let someone be a priority in your life when you're just an option in theirs. -HM You can be depressed even if you don't show symptoms of depression. Soo much to say, I'm scared to start.

14th November
After Ludwig's Grammer paper, aka the first paper that I managed to complete, Shida, Radha, Kin and I went to Lucky Plaza to have sedap nasi ayam penyet. And this was one meal that was planned waaayy beforehand. Haha. So after the paper, we headed to town in Shida's bus. XD

Started to call the girls and also check if Nisa who was on the way frm home was anywhere near town or not. After a little bit of fuss, found out that they were all seated in the ayam penyet place already. So we went in and joined them. Had a good lunch.

15th November
